Shaking hands, blank mind. You can work on that fear.

REPWORK is in free beta, with no date yet for the paid version. When it comes, your first 30 days on it are free.

What it is

REPWORK is a fear release practice: short tapping sessions on your phone to get ready for a big exam, interview or audition.

You give your fear a number, and you work it. Session by session the number drops, until one day you look for the fear and cannot find it.

Who uses it

Anyone with a day ahead of them that they are afraid of.

A student with exams coming. Someone with a job interview ahead. A musician with an audition next month.

How it works

  1. You name a fear, in your own words. Going blank in the exam. The interviewer asking the one question you dread. Your hands shaking on stage.
  2. You rate how strong it feels, from 0 to 10. That is the fear's intensity.
  3. You do a guided session — about ten minutes. Gentle tapping on a few points while you focus on a short sentence about the fear. The app shows you every step.
  4. You rate the intensity again at the end. A before and an after: 8 before, 5 after. Session by session, you see how the fear's number moves.
  5. You work on a fear in a 30-session challenge. Work at your own pace and watch the number come down, so you arrive on the day with the fear out of the way. The app keeps the record.

Is your day close? Start today. Every session counts on its own, and the sooner you start, the more of them you get in.

Wren

Wren is REPWORK's assistant, an AI powered by Claude. But Wren is more than a helper: REPWORK is built and improved together with the people who use it, through Wren.

Wren is on every screen of the app. Ask Wren anything: about the app, or about the method.

And when something in the app is unclear, wrong, or could be better, tell Wren. What you tell Wren goes into the work on the next version of REPWORK.

Questions

Is it really free?

Yes. REPWORK is in free beta, with no date yet for the paid version. When it comes, your first 30 days on it are free.

What do I need to start?

A Google account, a quiet spot, and about ten minutes for a session.

How do I stop?

Whenever you want. There is nothing to cancel in the beta: you close the app, and that is it. Your sessions stay in your account for when you come back. When the paid version comes, cancelling is three clicks.

If you want your account deleted, one email to hello@getrepwork.com does it.

Is it in English?

Yes. The app and the sessions are in English, and you write your fear in your own words.

What is Wren?

Wren is REPWORK's assistant, an AI powered by Claude, and more than a helper: REPWORK is built and improved together with the people who use it, through Wren. On any screen of the app you can ask Wren anything, about the app or about the method; and when something in the app is unclear, wrong, or could be better, you tell Wren, and what you tell Wren goes into the work on the next version.
